Kazu is someone you would call an idiot when you first met him. Sometimes even Takato thought of him as an uncaring and power hungry guy. We see this in how Takato imagined Kazu as Calumon's Tamer. Taking away all Calumon's power to protect himself and replacing it with attack power. But when the gang found a wounded Andromon who wanted to save the enslaved Gekomon, Kazu nurtured him back to health. Andromon de-digivolved into the champion digimon Guardromon, who becomes his partner.

Kenta Kitigowa

D-Power color: Grey

Partner:Pitchmon, Bukamon, Gomamon, Ikkakumon, Zudomon, MarineAngemon

Kenta follows Kazu everywhere and doesn't know how to stick up for himself. Kenta is quiet unless he's with Kazu. When he and the others are on the arc, MarineAngemon appears from his pocket with a D-Power, becoming Kenta's partner.

Suzie Wong

D-Power color: Pink

Partner:Kokomon, Lopmon, Turueimon, Antylamon, Kerpymon

Suzie is Henry's little sister and loves to dress Terriermon up. She gets pulled into the digital world and gets Lopmon as a partner.

Ryo Akiyama

D-Power color: Dark Blue

Partner:Monodramon, Strikedramon, Cyberdramon, Justimon

Ryo has appeared in many different forms. He is originally the hero of the wonderswan digimon game. He has also appeare in the manga, V-Tamer with Taichi and in the 2nd digimon movie, "Our War Game." We also see him in Ken's flashback during Adventure Zero Two. In Tamers, Ryo is the "Digimon King," because he has never lost in the digimon card game. He even beat Rika, which is why she hates him. Later in the digital world he saves her and Kyubimon, which only makes her meaner.

Jeri Katou

D-Power color: Yellow

Partner: Leomon

Jeri is a veri sweet girl who talks through a hand puppet. She gets Leomon as a partner when she saves him. After Leomon gets killed she becomes depressed, giving the D-Reaper more power and possesses her.
